Rates listed below are for up to 4 individuals, please request rates for parties of 5 or more. All rentals are a one week (7 day)minimum, discounts for monthly rentals.
$899.00 per week US.
Pool heating $100 per week if requested.
Security deposit equals one weeks rent based on size of party.
Receipt of your refundable security deposit will secure the dates.
$200 additional security deposit for pets.
$100 professional cleaning fee will be deducted from security upon departure.
